In December of 1998, Robert Rudo, and his wife Tammy, fulfilled his lifelong dream by opening Rudy’s Broasted Chicken and Ribs. Rudo’s experience in the restaurant business spans as long as his dream -- since he was 14. Hungry Allen Parkers have come to count on Rudy’s delicious offerings.
Rudy’s menu is created using Rudo’s own recipes that he had developed over the years.Although Rudy’s is best known for their always-delicious barbecue ribs and broasted chicken, (and don’t forget those big tasty french fries!), they also offer fresh homemade soups, big burgers, savory seafood, some of the best wings downriver, and a wide variety of deli-fresh sandwiches, including roll-ups.
